1. 運営者
一般社団法人サーコミュニケーション（以下「当法人」）が運営するCotext（以下「本アプリ」）のプライバシーポリシーです。

2. 収集する情報
本アプリでは、以下の情報を取得します。「当法人のサーバーに保存」と記載したものは、お使いの端末の外に保存され、アプリを削除しても残ります（第6項をご参照ください）。
- 年齢・性別: 利用登録時に入力いただきます。統計分析および不正利用の防止のため、当法人のサーバーに保存されます。
- メールアドレス（任意）: 登録時に入力された場合、または有料プランをご利用の場合に取得し、当法人のサーバーに保存されます。認証コードの送信およびお問い合わせへの返信に使用します。
- 利用状況: 登録日時・機能の利用回数を、上限管理と不正利用の防止のため当法人のサーバーに保存します。
- マイク音声: 音声認識のため、第4項に記載する外部サービスへ送信されます。当法人のサーバーには保存されません。処理完了後に破棄されます。
- 入力・変換されたテキスト: 読み上げ・翻訳・文章整形のため、第4項に記載する外部サービスへ送信されます。当法人のサーバーには保存されません。
- フィードバックの内容: フィードバック機能をご利用いただいた場合に限り、入力された本文が当法人の受信用サービスへ送信されます。
- APIキー: ユーザーが任意で入力するGroq APIキーは、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。当法人のサーバーには送信されません。
3. 情報の利用目的
- 音声のテキスト変換（リアルタイム字幕表示）
- テキストの音声合成（読み上げ機能）
- テキストの翻訳処理
- 利用登録の管理および本人確認（メールによる認証）
- 有料プランの決済処理およびご提供
- 利用回数の管理および不正利用の防止
- サービスの改善・統計分析
4. 第三者サービス
本アプリでは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています:
- Groq (groq.com): 音声認識（Whisper）およびLLM処理。音声・テキストはリアルタイム処理のみに使用されます。
- Google Gemini (ai.google.dev): テキスト処理・翻訳。テキストデータのみ送信されます。
- Microsoft Edge TTS: テキスト読み上げ機能。テキストデータのみ送信されます。
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com): 本アプリの配信、および第2項の登録情報の保存。
- Resend (resend.com): 認証コード等のメール送信。メールアドレスを送信します。
- Stripe (stripe.com): 有料プランの決済処理。クレジットカード情報は当法人が取得・保存することはありません。

5. データの保存
お使いの端末内にのみ保存されるもの
当法人のサーバーに保存されるもの
- 登録情報（年齢・性別・メールアドレス〔入力された場合〕・登録日時・利用回数）
- 保存期間は定めておらず、削除のご依頼をいただくまで保管します。
保存しないもの
- マイクで取得した音声データ
- 読み上げ・翻訳のために送信したテキスト
6. データの削除
アプリのアンインストールにより、お使いの端末内の全データが削除されます。設定画面からも履歴の削除が可能です。
ただし、当法人のサーバーに保存された登録情報（第5項）は、アンインストールでは削除されません。削除をご希望の場合は、第9項の連絡先までご連絡ください。ご本人確認のうえ、速やかに削除いたします。
7. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満の方の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
8. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知いたします。

This privacy policy applies to Cotext (the "App") operated by Sur Communication Association (the "Organization").

2. Information We Collect
The App collects the following information. Items marked as "stored on our servers" are held outside your device and remain after the app is uninstalled (see Section 6).
- Age and Gender: Entered during registration. Stored on our servers for statistical analysis and abuse prevention.
- Email Address (optional): Collected if provided at registration or when subscribing to a paid plan, and stored on our servers. Used to send verification codes and to reply to your inquiries.
- Usage Data: Registration date and feature usage counts are stored on our servers to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
- Microphone Audio: Transmitted to the third-party services listed in Section 4 for speech recognition. It is not stored on our servers and is discarded after processing.
- Text You Enter or Generate: Transmitted to the third-party services listed in Section 4 for text-to-speech, translation, and text refinement. It is not stored on our servers.
- Feedback Content: If you use the feedback feature, the text you submit is transmitted to our inbound messaging service.
- API Keys: Groq API keys entered by users are stored only on the user's device. They are never sent to our servers.
3. How We Use Information
- Speech-to-text conversion (real-time subtitles)
- Text-to-speech synthesis (voice output)
- Text translation
- Managing registrations and verifying users by email
- Processing payments and providing paid plans
- Enforcing usage limits and preventing abuse
- Service improvement and statistical analysis
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Groq (groq.com): Speech recognition (Whisper) and LLM processing. Audio and text are used for real-time processing only.
- Google Gemini (ai.google.dev): Text processing and translation. Only text data is transmitted.
- Microsoft Edge TTS: Text-to-speech functionality. Only text data is transmitted.
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com): Hosting of the App and storage of the registration data described in Section 2.
- Resend (resend.com): Delivery of verification code emails. Your email address is transmitted.
- Stripe (stripe.com): Payment processing for paid plans. We never receive or store your credit card details.
Please refer to each service's privacy policy for their data practices.
5. Data Storage
Stored only on your device

Stored on our servers
- Registration data (age, gender, email address if provided, registration date, usage counts)
- No fixed retention period is set; the data is kept until you request its deletion.
Not stored
- Audio captured through the microphone
- Text transmitted for text-to-speech or translation
6. Data Deletion
Uninstalling the app deletes all data stored on your device. History can also be cleared from the settings screen.
However, the registration data stored on our servers (Section 5) is not deleted by uninstalling the app. To request its deletion, please contact us using the details in Section 9. We will verify your identity and delete it promptly.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
